LifeLine offers no warranties of any kind, including any warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, or purposes, for its memberships. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing. LifeLine makes a good faith effort to ensure that the goods and services offered, are accurate and timely.
LifeLine does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability for use (whether geographic, or at all) for any of the claims made by the providers and/or preferred suppliers of the benefits, goods or services, or its sponsors who, from time to time, make an offer or offers to LifeLine’s members.

The basic rule that prima facie applies to all LifeLine memberships, unless otherwise required by law, is that memberships are non-refundable, in whole or in part.

In no event shall we at LifeLine be liable for any consequential, special, aggravated, exemplary and consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or the performance of this website, or in respect of any membership, or number of memberships as a group, directly or indirectly, even if we have been given actual knowledge of the possibility of such damage, or damages.
In no event will LifeLine, its sponsors, preferred suppliers, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for any damages, directly or indirectly, however caused arising out of the use, inability to use, or any effect for which this website (including any one or more of its links) is a cause, was the cause, could have been the cause and/or may have contributed to such a cause, directly or indirectly. This shall include all rights of action whatsoever, including without limiting the foregoing, rights in contract, tort, warranty or any other legal theory.
The member and not LifeLine is solely responsible for the protection and use of their membership card. If a card is abused by one, or more, members, or non-members, that card is subject to cancellation by LifeLine upon notice to the member involved. Cancellation for cause will include but not be limited to card sharing with non-members and other abuses, which in the sole discretion of the Corporation could result in the cancellation of the card. The rights and remedies available to the member in the event of such a cancellation for cause are to extinguish LifeLine’s recourse against the member or card holder, for cause.
Cancellation of a membership not for cause, or in error, is limited to the prorated refund of that portion of the card remaining until renewal, on a per diem basis. In LifeLine’s sole discretion they may extend, renew or reissue a membership card in lieu of a refund. A cancelled member who accepts the prorated refund is explicitly waiving any, or all, other potential forms of recourse, including but not limited to arbitration and/or litigation.
MEMBERS ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO THE BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP WHEN THEY PRESENT THEIR MEMERSHIP CARDS TO A PREFERRED SUPPLIER, OR GIVE OTHER PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP (SUCH AS WOULD BE THE CASE WITH ONLINE OR TELEPHONE ORDERS) WHEN ASKED. IT IS THE LEGAL OBLIGATION OF A MEMBER TO MAKE PRESENTATION, OR TO TENDER SUCH PROOF, AS IT IS A CONDITION OF MEMBERSHIP THAT. MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
LifeLine does not want, has not asked for and will not accept any confidential or propriety information from any guest, or guests, on its websites by email, telephone, fax, mail or otherwise. Membership benefits may be available throughout Canada but use of your membership outside of Ontario, does not provide any evidence at all to contradict the fact that for the purposes of your membership in LifeLine, whether directly, or indirectly (such as through Fleet membership), your membership is deemed to be in Ontario and made to Ontario residents.
LifeLine reserves the right, and the guest/member consents to, the revision of these Terms of Use by the Corporation from time to time.
The applicable terms shall be those in force and effect at the time of the entry into a written agreement between LifeLine and its member(s).
Members are recommended to review and must agree to the application of these Terms, as part of their acceptance as members. These Terms are binding for the period of any membership, or memberships unless amended by the operation of law, or in accordance with these Terms.
These terms, from time to time, are incorporated into a members’ membership agreement with LifeLine, vice versa. Therefore, any change of terms herein may affect the rights of applying and current members and any terms herein. However, if there is a conflict in terms, those terms set forth in the membership agreement binding a member shall be deemed to supersede the conflicting terms found herein, as it relates to that member, but only to the extent of such a conflict.
