In order to comply with the Anti-Spam laws all members are deemed to opt-out of future communications, that is we cannot communicate with them after they buy their membership.

The individual consents will NEED TO BE, as follows:

[1] Check to “opt-in” to further communications from LLT on member benefits and other information

[2] Agree that all sales are deemed to be in Ontario and subject to HST

[3] Agree that all memberships are subject to the Terms of Use for membership

A tab will need to be on the landing page to allow the public and members to access the Terms and Conditions

[4] Agree that all memberships are subject to the Privacy Policy of membership

The database must automatically differentiate between those members who have opted-in and who have either not opted-in or who have opted-out, when they filled in the UNSUBSCRIBE tab that will need to be put on the website and each email.
